I replaced the front hub on a Mavic Reflexlite wheel

Another wheel day (and so on).

A customer dropped off a front wheel built with Mavic Reflexlite rims.

HB-M985 32H, all CX-RAY, laced reverse Italian.
This was a wheel used for cyclocross, but since the frameset switched from quick-release to thru-axle,
the customer wants the hub replaced.
The spoke length is on the shorter side for both sides,
so I decided to reuse the spokes on the non-disc side.
In the image above, you can see the spoke extending straight down in the center is bent,

↑When I release the tension, it looks like this.
I won't reuse this one.

I pulled out just the spokes from the original hub.
There's rim cement and other residue attached, so I clean it up first

Then I transfer them as spokes to the new hub.
I do the same with the non-disc side spokes.

All laced up.

HB-R7070 32H, all CX-RAY, laced 6-4 reverse Italian.
I'll do the sealing later.
By the way, I'm also swapping out Sapim 14mm silver aluminum nipples
for DT 12mm silver aluminum nipples.

With the original setup, the spoke ends didn't quite reach the slot on the nipple,
but since they'll have more tension than before, they should reach the slot.
That's why I reused the spokes.
I considered using CX Sprint on the new spokes on the disc side,
but since it's 32H and hopefully it'll work out once I seal it,
I'm going with all CX-RAY this time.

When building a half-competition front wheel, there have been cases where
four 2.0mm round spokes in a competition lacing interfere with SRAM disc brake bodies,
but with half CX Sprint, the flat profile might help avoid that issue.
