A customer dropped off the front wheel from a Shamal Mille (Italian road wheel brand).

I didn't ask for all the details, but
apparently some chain—not the bicycle chain—got caught in the wheel
and bent the spokes.
Sounds like maybe a loose chain hanging in the garage got tangled up.

↑There was one spoke with a clear impact mark, and the adjacent spoke on the same side was also bent—
two spokes total deformed.

All fixed.
