Rebuilt the front wheel of Prime's Attaqueur with Nomo Lab Wheel No. 1

Today it's wheels again (and so on).

I received a front wheel from Prime's Attaqueur from a customer.

For some reason the model name is in French.
The "Attaki" in the title is the katakana spelling when read in French.

The bead hook on the rim deformed due to buckling, so
the customer requested a rim replacement.
Initially, I was planning to rebuild it with the Tni AL31W rim since
the rim height and width were about the same
and it was also tubeless-ready,
but because the rim weight was heavier, we decided to
rebuild with the AL300 rim (official name: XR300).

Currently operating with tubeless-ready tires in tubeless configuration,
and the customer has agreed to the fact that
the AL300 rim is not tubeless-compatible.

When I removed the tire and looked at the deformed area, it looked like this.
It's pretty buckled.

The tubeless valve was biting in strongly
and wouldn't come out easily from the outer side, so
I attached a Presta-to-Schrader adapter to the valve
and tapped it lightly with a plastic hammer to remove it.
The primary use of this adapter in our shop
is mainly this.

When a puncture happens out on the road and
the valve won't come out, I wonder what you're supposed to do.
Though not the primary consideration for this,
using a triple valve is convenient in this respect too.
Actually, I recently rebuilt my personal rear wheel with a new rim.
I mean I changed the rim rather than replaced the rim,
so the rim is still the DT XR331 as before the rebuild.
I changed the phase of the second and third valve holes.

The valve nut has a square hole,
with threads cut only at the contact point
with the round part of the valve.

Anyway, I got it built.

The rim inner diameter radius differed by only about 0.5mm from the original rim,
so I reused the spokes as-is.
