Wheels again today (and so on).

Built a rear wheel using the SES3.4 rim.

White's black T11 hub, 24H, semi-comp crossed pattern—
with silver spokes next to the valve hole on both sides and two more going clockwise,
the rest are black spokes.
I'll do the spoke lacing later.

↑This is a front wheel image, but on SES rims,
there are protrusions that look like molded seams
on the rim tape side in a certain phase, and

the protrusions on the outer edge are in a different phase.

↑This one

↑And here's the rear wheel rim, but again the protrusions are in different phases.

And this thing here—

when truing for radial runout, it catches on the gauge and gets detected.
If it were radial runout it would make a hissing sound,
but when this protrusion hits it makes more of a clinking sound,
so it doesn't get mistaken for runout.
Ultimately, the only sound left is when this protrusion makes contact,
so (at least on the outer edge) you can dial it in to the point where
there's no radial runout larger than this protrusion across the entire rim circumference.
...Actually, the stock ENVE wheels
aren't dialed in quite that precisely.
