Built a front wheel with 40mm high 20-inch WO rim

Another day, another wheel (you know the drill).

A customer brought in a 20-inch WO rim for me to work with.
20-inch is a size designation where both WO (Wired On) rims and HE (Hooked Edge) rims are common,
but they differ in compatible tire dimensions:
WO rims are ETRTO 451mm, while HE rims are ETRTO 406mm.

This rim is 40mm high. If we scale up to a 700C rim (ETRTO 622mm)
while maintaining the same rim height-to-diameter ratio,
it would be equivalent to roughly 55mm high.
It's nicely finished to look like a carbon rim, but

it's actually aluminum.

It's heavy.
Though not because "it's an aluminum rim"—
rather, "it's a heavy aluminum rim" among aluminum rims.

Built it up.
Even shot from this angle, you can see the hub shell,
but if photographed straight from the side with no reference object nearby,
it would be nearly indistinguishable from a 55mm-high 700C rim
(though the spoke gauge scaling being off might still give it away).

Unmarked hub brought by the customer, 20-hole.
Built radial with #14 black Champion spokes.
