Rebuilt the front wheel for a Tune manufacturer in-house wheel

Another wheel day (details omitted).

A customer dropped off a set of wheels from Tune, a German lightweight parts manufacturer.
I have both front and rear wheels in the shop, but today is the front wheel.

It's brand new and hasn't even been used yet.
But the customer says it's noticeably loose and wants it rebuilt.

Tune BOOST hub, 28 hole, all black, laced in reverse Italian cross pattern (6x).
Since Tune puts out parts obsessed with weight, I initially thought
the spokes would be Laser (2.0–1.5–2.0) rather than Race (2.0–1.8–2.0),
but when I measured them with calipers they turned out to be Race.
The other reason I suspected Laser was how loose the spokes felt when I gripped them.

The rim is a Stans Crest MK4,
with a Tune sticker applied.

The nipples are red, but they're a different shade than Sapim's red and
have dots stamped on them like ENVE's specified brass nipples
(they might have a loosening prevention feature),

and they can be turned from the outer side of the rim as well,
so I decided to reuse them.
Nipples in colors other than silver and black are rare.

There was some center offset. I'm taking it apart right after this,
but I wanted to get a sense of Tune's standard tensioning.

The rim barely breaks 400g.
Since the MK4 became an offset rim, it's gotten a bit heavier.

Built.

28 hole, semi-black CX Sprint, laced in reverse Italian cross pattern (4x).
I'll lace it up later.
