Another wheel day (and so on).

A customer brought in an F4R from FF Yamaguchi (a Japanese frame builder).
Apparently someone they knew bought it but quickly gave it up,
so they got it secondhand.
It was so loose that they only used it 2 or 3 times before
setting it aside.
The rear wheel is especially bad, but now they want to
rebuild the front wheel tighter as well,
so they dropped off both wheels.
Today I'm just doing the front wheel though.

The hub is not a DT240... but since it's a later F4R model,
it's a 350 hub.
It's a custom piece in the original color though.
