Another wheel day (and so on).

Yesterday, in the other
Continental wheel bag
there was a CL50 for rim brakes, but

this is a different case altogether—
not a CL for rim brakes, but a CLX50.

Rebuilt it.

Before (black Aero Lite)

After (black CX Sprint)
I was told I could replace the bearings if they were damaged enough to warrant it,
but they weren't worn enough to need replacement.
Since it's a quick-release hub, not a through-axle,
there's less risk of damaging it anyway.

The CL has brass nipples and the CLX has aluminum nipples.
If all the spokes are reusable, I reuse them.
I reused them this time too.

As for the original spokes,

one was bent.
The deformation was mostly side-to-side rather than front-to-back,
so if I were to carefully straighten it and build the wheel with this set of spokes,
I'd never be able to tell which spoke was the bent one afterward.
