Rebuilt the front wheel of the Arpinist CLX

Today it's wheels again (and so on).

I received a Roval Arpinist CLX from a customer.
Today I'm only working on the front wheel, but they want both wheels rebuilt.

For a wheel that's supposedly just hanging, the rim centering was off.
There might be some history of amateur truing attempts.

While earlier models like the CLX 50 use tubeless-ready rims, they deliberately chose a non-tubeless-compatible rim for lightness.
But the new Arpinist CLX II, while going tubeless-compatible, has gotten heavier.
If the old Arpinist CLX were still sold alongside it, or offered as a choice when purchasing a complete bike, I reckon there'd be quite a few people who wouldn't pick the newer one.
I personally would absolutely not choose the new Arpinist CLX, so maybe I'm just projecting that sentiment.
Though honestly, I wouldn't buy Roval wheels in the first place.

By the way, that sticker in the photo above—
when the OEM rim tape is installed, it gets hidden and completely unreadable.

Rebuilt it.
I'll do the spoke nipple tightening later.

I've increased the spoke weight ratio on the drive side slightly.
Since I'm out of stock on the black CX Sprint spokes that can be cut to this length, I'm using spokes from a certain complete wheel that have a similar spoke weight ratio.
