Another day with wheels (and so on).

I built the front wheel for a fixed gear using an Araya RC-540 WO rim.
It's the matching wheel for the rear wheel I built a while back (→here).
I suggested that for a practice front wheel using WO tires,
a front wheel with a quick-release hub for road bikes would be fine,
but the customer wanted the front and rear wheels to be a matching set,
so I built the front wheel too.
Maybe there's an old-timer at the velodrome he frequents who warns,
"Don't ride on the track with anything but a fixed-hub front wheel!"

HB-7600 36H spokes, Italian lacing pattern.
The hub is NJS-certified,
but since every other part is non-compliant for keirin racing,
I figured it didn't need to be laced JIS standard, so I went with Italian lacing.
I'll do the spoke nipple coloring later.
