A customer brought in a generalized Ksyrium 125 wheel for service.

Since it's a 2016 model, you could say it's actually a Ksyrium 127.
They said it just arrived the other day,
but wait, you shouldn't say "arrived" — you should say "bought" it!

By the way, looking at the Mavic website,
this wheel comes in a version where the rim and spokes are partially yellow.
If you click the large image on the right,
you jump to an enlarged image of the yellow version,
but if you click the small image on the left (black version)...

you can't get back to the yellow version image.
That's what the customer told me.
The images above are screenshots, so
if you're curious, check out the Mavic website.
They might fix it eventually.

The rear wheel had a slight runout,
but I handled it without removing the spoke tension ring.

"The type of tire that looks like it's being run backward if you only consider the tread based on water shedding" —
those tires now come with direction-of-rotation markings on newer versions.
