A customer brought in a Shamal Ultra wheel for repair.
A spoke got bent when it caught a cycle computer sensor.

there was one spoke bent in the front-to-back direction and another bent side-to-side.
There were a few other spokes that looked slightly dented, but they didn't seem to need replacement so I left them as is.
Next, the rear wheel.
One spoke needed replacement, there was more lateral runout than the front wheel, and the wheel was also off-center.
Replaced it.
The customer traveled quite a distance to get here, but when they took it to a nearby shop, they were told that a complete spoke replacement might be necessary and that spare spokes are only sold as a complete wheel set. Of course, that's nonsense.
I've written about this before, but Campagnolo spare spokes come in different units depending on the model—the Zonda comes in sets of four, the Shamal Ultra as individual spokes—but there's no model where spokes are only sold as a complete wheel kit.
Even if they meant "you need to replace all the spokes to fix it," that's also false. With just two front spokes and one rear spoke replaced, the wheel is now good as new.
