I rebuilt the rear wheel with a PowerTap hub

Another wheel build day (and so on).

A customer dropped off a 24-spoke rear wheel built with a
PowerTap G3 hub and an XR300 rim.

It's all-black CX-RAY 4-cross lacing, but
it's loose and needs rebuilding.
The tension on the freewheel side is slightly slack compared to being completely bottomed out,
but just tightening won't make a huge difference.

There's a slight centering issue.
The tension adjustment I mentioned earlier will be
partially consumed by correcting this centering.

The offset direction isn't what you'd expect from age, so either
it was off from the start or
whoever trued it later didn't use a centering gauge.

I disassembled the wheel and

cleaned the hub.
The customer wanted to reuse the rim, so I checked it on a glass surface plate
and found no warping, so I'm reusing it.

Built.

G3 hub, 24-spoke, black half-comp 4-6 lacing.
I'll do the wiring later.
If I give up on the wiring for this today, I should be able to get another wheel built.
