Rebuilt the rear wheel for an Attack

A customer brought in a Reynolds Attack rear wheel for service.

I might have heard complaints about spoke rub or the wheel flexing in the corners,
or maybe I didn't.
There are so many similar jobs that I've forgotten the details, but in any case, once I had it in hand
I was asked to rebuild it properly since the original was too loose.

Perfectly centered, virtually no runout,
and the tension is properly tightened (to the limit under these conditions).

I stripped it down.
With a rim of this weight class, there's almost nothing out there
that can handle proper tension, regardless of material.

The early Stans NoTubes Alpha 340 weighs about 350g,
but when tensioned at spec, cracks develop in the rim holes,
and if you tension it looser than that, cracks appear even faster (I'm certain of this from experience).
The lightest Kinlin XR200 rim I've personally seen was 369g,
but most don't come under 372g—the median is around 384g.

Built it up.

I'll do the true and tension check for this wheel along with the previous one later.
