Another wheel day (and so on).

A customer dropped off a ZIPP 303 rear wheel for me.

It's an older rear hub from the radial lacing era on the freewheel side,
but since it has the later-generation black hub shell, 11-speed conversion is possible (the silver shell model won't work),

and in fact, the latest Dura-Ace sprocket is already fitted,
so it's already been converted to 11-speed freewheel body spec.
Which means this isn't one of those jobs we do all the time—
"swap out the hub entirely and rebuild while converting a 10-speed hub to 11-speed"—
but rather the customer is simply unhappy with how this one rides and wants it rebuilt.
The spoke tension on the freewheel side was cranked to the limit under these conditions.
So any more tightening is impossible.
On a different note,
the R9100-series Dura-Ace and R8000-series Altegra sprockets don't have the 11-23T tooth count that existed in their previous generations.
Whether there's an 18T between the 17T and 19T is important on flat terrain,
but filling that gap in single-tooth increments currently means either 12-25T or 14-28T.
The 10-speed 12-23T gearing with either a top 11T or a low 25T added became
the 11-speed 11-23T and 12-25T respectively,
but going forward the former option will disappear.
Right now the 9000-series and 6800-series both have 11-23T available,
so I'd recommend grabbing them if you need them.

Stripped it down.
The holes on the outer edge of the rim are large, and this was a generation that used nipple washers.
Thanks to those, you can get it plenty tight without any spoke squeak.

I tried soaking them in acetone to remove rim cement,
but whether I reuse them or not is pretty much neither here nor there—

what matters is whether I got all 24 spokes back.
I have the same size nipple washers in stock,
but they cleaned up pretty nicely, so I decided to reuse them.

Got it built.
