I Built a Formula Crono 20

Another day with wheels (and so on).
The Ambrosio Formula Crono 20 rims I mentioned the other day are now sold out.
The next restock date is undetermined.

I built one pair from a customer order (yes, that's intentional wordplay—no need to point it out).
Both front and rear use Tni Evolution hubs, and all spokes are DT Competition.

With small flanges and a low-profile rim in a four-cross lacing pattern, the spoke path runs roughly between tangential and radial.
Since the front wheel doesn't drive the bike, there's no performance issue.
The gaps between the spokes are nice and large, so cleaning should be straightforward.

The rear wheel is a four-cross lacing pattern.

A four-cross 28H lacing isn't true tangential, but it's very effective at correcting spoke tension differences between left and right.

For actual measured weights, the rim alone stayed stable between 372–375g.
With this build spec, the front wheel comes to 644g and the rear wheel to 795g.

Someone asked in the comments, "What would the weight be if it were full CX-RAY?"
In that case, the front wheel would be 597g and the rear wheel would be 749g.
These are rough estimates, but they should be accurate within the variation you'd see between individual rim samples.
