Rebuilt the Assault tubeless rear wheel

Another day with wheels (and so on).

A customer dropped off a Reynolds Assault rear wheel for me.
The centering was suspiciously perfect, and for a stock wheel it was tensioned quite tight,
plus a couple of the nipples have been replaced with DT's 12mm black aluminum nipples...
Ah, this is one I inspected before!

With Reynolds rear wheels, we see a very common problem
where the nipples on the non-drive side loosen up.
This time I only dealt with the loose areas,
but if I completely disassembled it, cleaned the original nipples or swapped them for DT ones,
and used threadlocker and such, the loosening would stop.

But if I'm going to go that far anyway, it makes more sense to just replace the rear hub and spokes
and rebuild it as a semi-comp wheel.

The customer didn't mention anything specific like it being sloppy or shoe rubbing,
but they did want a rebuild done.

The one I rebuilt the other day was tubular; this time it's tubeless.

Built it up.

Evolite hub, 24 spokes, black semi-comp, 46/46 lacing.
I'll do the truing later.
