Built a wheel with XYZ rims

Another day of wheel building (and so on).

A customer left me with a rim from a brand called XYZ.
It's a disc brake-only carbon tubeless rim.

Tubeless, not tubeless ready.
There are no holes on the outer perimeter except for the valve hole.

Actual measured weight.
It's a super lightweight rim, but with second spoke tension of
around 120 kgf, it doesn't look like it can't handle that,
so I'd recommend building it to about that level!

Some brand with a ridiculous name (Czech) recommends
building their own brand rims at around 150 kgf,
but why is it that when I rebuild their off-the-shelf crappy wheels
to around 120 kgf, the customer says
the shimmy disappears and the feel improves?
The latter might involve subjective bias, but the former is an observable fact.

Chris King R45 disc hub, 24H, semi-comp laced Italian 2-cross with interior spoke endings.
Regarding the hub, there are also versions where the rotor mounting is 6-bolt spec,
but this one is center-lock.
There's a reason it's not laced reverse Italian, but I won't explain it here (can't, actually).

Both front and rear wheels are built with blue aluminum nipples.
Each nipple has to be guided in magnetically through the valve hole,
and the preliminary assembly is extremely tedious. Comparing the time it takes
to get the wheel to shape versus the time spent on the truing stand adjusting it,
the latter is actually shorter.
