Built a rear wheel with Wininium Plus rim

Another wheel day (and so on).

Built a rear wheel with a Kolima Wininium+ rim.
The pre-built wheel spec has rim holes in a pair-spoke-ish
dense-sparse phase pattern, but this is the hand-built wheel
rim single unit spec, so the holes are evenly spaced.
Also, with older Kolima rims, the rim holes had reverse hole orientation,
but this one has correct hole orientation, so when doing
Italian or JIS lacing, the initial right drop or left drop
won't be reversed.
With a correct hole orientation rim doing equal-sided Italian lacing, it's a left drop,
then from there it becomes 46 lacing and a right drop,
and if it were a reverse rim from there, it would be a left drop.

Evolite hub, 24H, semi-comp 46 laced.
I'll do the spoke wrapping later.

By the way, this wheel is from the same customer as
yesterday's GIANT wheel,
and I think they asked me to weigh both rims.
Well, it's not relevant to anyone reading this.
↑ man that's in bad taste
