I received a carbon rim from Kogei Cycling that a customer brought in.

Front wheel is 20H and rear wheel is 24H.
The process is the same as always.
Front wheel is CX-RAY with a radial spoke pattern as per the customer's request,
Rear wheel is semi-comp lacing with 4-cross pattern and has nipple wraps.
This rim is rated for spoke tension up to 180 kgf,
but with standard J-bend spokes you can't actually tension it that high.
Besides, anything over 130-140 kgf doesn't really make much difference
in reducing spoke deformation or the stiffness of the ride feel,
so there's no need to tension it that much.
But I let myself be influenced by that 180 kgf rating and tensioned it a bit higher than usual.
