I'm currently building up a Pinarello Dogma F8 (not the DISK version), and

↑this is a photo after routing the cables.
Having wiring inside the bottom bracket can cause unnecessary trouble,
so it's something I try to avoid as much as possible.
This is a threaded bottom bracket, but with press-fit types, there have been cases where
cables get crushed when installing bottom bracket components, resulting in broken wires.

The F8's front derailleur port uses the same location as mechanical setups.
I personally prefer routing near the front derailleur braze-on on the seat tube,
and with the 9150 electronic Dura-Ace, this position works without any issues.

All the cables are routed.

All four cables exit from the down tube, so
if I tuck the lower junction into the frame, nothing remains in the bottom bracket.

↑not like this

↑but like this.
However, many frames don't allow this approach,
so it's really just something to do if you can.

Rear derailleur

Upper junction
By the way, I seem to know quite a bit about the components that come with the F8 frame for some reason (→here).
I've written similar things about cable routing in that linked post as well.
